Some studies estimate than 90%+ of US adult population have Insulin Resistance.
Based on the above, one of your major goals going forward should be to
spike your blood sugar is infrequently as possible for the rest of your life.
Eating twice a day (or OMAD - once a day) is the best way to accomplish this goal.
Eating twice a day will also help you eat less seed oils, less carbs, fewer calories,
and avoid snacking in between meals.
The easiest way for most people to make a gradual transition towards eating twice
a day is to eat breakfast and dinner.
But I recommend that you make a transition to eating mainly Real Food first - or at the
very minimum increase the amount of animal protein you eat with breakfast and dinner and
decrease the amount of seed oils you eat - before attempting eating twice a day.
Intermittent Fasting - Intermittent Fasting
has additional benefits beyond eating breakfasts and dinners.
