Oxalates are literally poison. Oxalates accumulate in your body over the years and cause a miriad of problems.

Vegetables high in Oxalates inflame your stomach and make your carbs addiction worse and also more difficult to get rid of.


Oxalates that you are not addicted to - avoid the worst, limit the rest.

  • Spinach - the worst
  • Rhubarb - the worst
  • Swiss Chard - the worst
  • Beets - the worst
  • Okra - very bad
  • Buckwheat - very bad
  • Turnips - very bad
  • Kale
  • Figs
  • Kiwi
  • Blackberries and Raspberries
  • Miso
  • Black Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric
  • Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews
  • Soy and all soy derivatives such as Tofu

Oxalates that you may be addicted to.
  • Regular Potatoes - try to eat no more than 2 or 3 times a week.
  • Grains - particularly Whole Grains. Eat only to the extent you are addicted.

Oxalates to continue to eat.
  • Beans and Lentils. You are probably not eating a lot of beans and lentils. Continue to eat them, but ideally limit to 2 or 3 times a week.
  • Sweet Potato - try to eat no more than 2 or 3 times a week.
  • Dark Chocolate - much better than any sugary garbage alternatives people would be eating otherwise.

Vegetables that are low in both Oxalates and Lectins - eat more
