Preoccupying Yourself with Weight Loss Goals.
Don't worry about Weight Loss. Just worry about making gradual transition to
eating Real Food permanently. Weight Loss will happen.
Tracking Weight Loss instead of Waist Size.
I recommend not tracking your weight loss at all. Just always have a pair of jeans that
does not quite fit at your waist. Your weight loss goal should be for that pair of jeans
to fit. Once it does, it means you lost some of your stomach fat. Then get another pair
of jeans in smaller size that does not quite fit and keep trying them on until they fit.
Just keep repeating it until you get a flat (or dramatically flatter) stomach.
Not Eating enough Meat/Animal Protein.
Do not be afraid of it. And you can eat both lean and fatty meat.
Eating more Animal Protein is the main thing that will help you make a gradual
transition towards eating Real Food, eating less often, and eating less carbs.
Counting Keto Macros.
It is a total waste of time; and it side-tracks you into the wrong direction and
wrong goals. Just eat
mostly animal protein and vegetables, remove most of the seed oils, as well as
lectins/oxalates, and
limit carbs. That is all you need to pay attention to as far as macros go.
Going into Intermittent Fasting too soon.
You need to have your body get used to eating Real Food first. If not,
you are guaranteed to really struggle and you will probably fail and go back to eating
the way you used to. So gradually make a switch to eating Real Food first, then start
eating breakfast and dinner, then gradually move towards Intermittent Fasting
and/or OMAD.
