Eat Meat-only, or Meat + Salads only for 3 days.
I highly recommend that everyone tries this very simple test. It will confirm that you
are in fact addicted to carbs.
And if you are one of the VERY rare people who can stop carbs cold-turkey, then you will
know that you have that amazing tool in your disposal.
So eat as much as you want, and as often as you want - but only meat, fish,
eggs, cheese, butter, plus also as much vegetables (salads with olive oil or fresh/steamed
vegetables) as you want.
But no starches - no potatoes, no rice. And no other carbs - zero flour/bread/pasta, zero
sugar, no fruits.
You will see how after 12-24 hours your body will start craving carbs. 90%+ of people will
relapse into eating carbs (usually pure junk
sugary carbs) within a day. And majority of the rest will relapse within 3 days.
And if you think you are addicted to all food, try eating lots of carbs but zero vegetables.
You will have zero vegetables cravings.
Then try eating lots of carbs but zero animal protein. You may not like it if you
are used to eating lots of meat, but you will be fine as far as
cravings go.
Carbs is the only food group you are addicted to the same way people are addicted to
nicotine or heroin.
